A couple of months ago, Jessica Alba got into the fashion game by co-hosting a radio contest called Fashion Star. The show was a part of ABC’s The Fashion Show. The winner, which was named Jessica Alba, received $50,000 and a chance to walk the runway at New York Fashion Week.
The Honest Company was launched by Alba. “I love working with them because they create products with quality and are honest,” says Alba.
The Honest Company also offers other products like a line of skin care, cleansers and fragrances, but it also focuses on women in poverty. “We’re a nonprofit charity. We work with women all over the world, and we work with a very, very, very high number of women who are on Medicaid,” says Alba.

“We have a little bit of everything, but we specialize in people that are on Medicaid and working for us,” says Alba. “We have over 50 partners in the U.S. and we have a lot of really amazing partners who work and donate to us.”
